    A construction company was planning to launch a new residential condominium and needed a visual presentation that would help potential clients understand and visualize the final environment

    The aim was to create visual material that would convey the concept of the project.

    Realistic Modeling of Environments

    Every space in the condominium, such as swimming pools, leisure areas, gyms and unit interiors, has been precisely modeled to reflect the architectural design and planned landscaping.

    Realistic textures and lighting

    We used realistic textures for coverings and materials, as well as lighting that simulated the natural environment, highlighting the outdoor areas and the comfort of the interior spaces.

    In addition to the static images, we created a 360° animation of the condominium's main spaces, allowing potential buyers to have a virtual experience of what it would be like to live in that environment.
