We have our own way of doing events, come and find out how!
Here at CADA, our approach always starts with two things: objectives and budget. When a client hires us to organize an event fair for their sector, we ask them if they have anything in mind to present at the fair and what their total budget is.
Once we knew these two points, we started planning.
Events fair
An event fair usually has a specific structure, with limited spaces for the client to use. They usually have a map of the venue, so we start by choosing a good position for the client's stand to receive lots of visitors.
Innovation is necessary
When we talk about a trade fair, we have to consider that your main competitors will also be there. And in order to stand out, you need to innovate.
Look for ideas that will take your visitors out of the ordinary and give them something unforgettable at your stand. Interactive actions, layouts and awards are just some of the things that can attract more visitors.
Differentiated layout
A good way to innovate is to present a different layout. Get away from the basics, with tables and counters, to something cooler, like puffs and entertainment options.
Think about it: when you visit a trade fair, which stand catches your eye the most? You probably answered "the one that's out of the ordinary". That's what you should do with your layout.
Themed characters
Being well located doesn't always mean welcoming all visitors. Some are limited to a single location at the fair, and this is normal. That's why a good strategy is to get themed characters for your stand, who walk around the site and encourage people to visit.
Virtual Reality
The world is digital. So how about creating a virtual reality game for your visitors to win gifts and prizes? You could run a treasure hunt game, with people walking around the fair and finding hidden items that are worth prizes.
Along with the distinctive layout, this is another way of making a lasting impression on visitors to the space.
