Igualdad. Mujeres. Estos temas han estado mucho en el candelero \u00faltimamente. Ahora bien, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significan realmente cuando hablamos de las mujeres en el marketing y en todo el mercado de la comunicaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meioemensagem.com.br\/home\/comunicacao\/2016\/01\/12\/mulheres-sao-20-porcento-da-criacao-das-agencias.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">encuesta realizada por Meio &amp; Mensagem en 2016.<\/a>, muestra que las mujeres s\u00f3lo representan el 20% en el sector creativo de las principales agencias de publicidad del pa\u00eds. Aunque la encuesta tiene m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, demuestra que a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer para mejorar esta cifra.<\/p>\n<p>No es raro ver informes de mujeres que sufren alg\u00fan tipo de prejuicio en su profesi\u00f3n. Y este es un factor que puede considerarse importante cuando hablamos de igualdad en el trabajo. En todos los sectores, hay muchos casos de mujeres que no son tomadas en serio por sus superiores. Hoy en d\u00eda estamos avanzando hacia una mejora de este pensamiento. Poco a poco, las mujeres van ganando nuevos puestos de liderazgo y mayor confianza en las empresas.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u00f3mo les va a las mujeres en el sector de la publicidad<\/h3>\n<p>El mundo de la publicidad est\u00e1 dominado mayoritariamente por hombres. No hay m\u00e1s que ver los grandes premios que se conceden a los profesionales del mercado. Y vale la pena recordar las cifras citadas anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, al igual que en otros segmentos, las mujeres est\u00e1n empezando a dejar su huella. Cuando hablamos de Marketing Digital, que es un \u00e1rea en auge, se pueden ver muchas mujeres influyentes. Todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 ni cerca de lo que tenemos en el mercado en su conjunto, pero es un comienzo. Y lo mejor: hay visibilidad y referencias a estas mujeres y a su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Si tenemos en cuenta que las mujeres s\u00f3lo tuvieron derecho al voto hace menos de 100 a\u00f1os, cada paso y cada logro es un punto positivo. Cada nueva mujer que accede a un puesto directivo en una agencia o gran empresa es algo que hay que celebrar.<\/p>\n<p>No <strong>D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer<\/strong>Como parte de nuestra campa\u00f1a, m\u00e1s que mostrarles un poco c\u00f3mo es el mercado de la comunicaci\u00f3n y el marketing, queremos mostrarles la importancia de este d\u00eda.
